Colorphyll Designs is partnering with friends in the business from owners and managers to operations, safety and training teams, to provide effective business solutions. We listen to your needs and work with you to achieve solutions tailor-made for your company. With over 40 years experience in the landscape industry, I’m uniquely qualified to coach your team on how to design, install, manage and maintain winning landscape projects for your clients, while building a thriving business based on effective sales and management techniques, and a strong positive workplace.
I have a viewpoint and skillset born of a unique background, from growing up as a successful working musician, from age 6 into my 30’s, to volunteering as a competitive youth soccer coach for 19 years. Those experiences have given me a wealth of relevant life lessons, insights, and war stories, and the skills the present them effectively, whether before a workshop “audience,” in a small team strategy consultation, or during a one on one goal setting session.
