Colorphyll Designs is looking forward to helping your sales team get even more wins!   Your design and sales skills, coupled with actual renderings of a beautifully enhanced space, is a proven tool in closing the deal more quickly and easily.

Add the “wow” to your landscape proposals by adding real life plants and trees, in full color, to your designs.  This lets your clients actually see what you imagine for them! This includes rock mulch, boulders, planter pots, retaining walls, paver walkways, fountains, or anything else you want to propose to your client.

Here are some simple examples, so you can get an idea of what we can do, however, our renderings can be customized to be just about anything you can dream up for your client’s particular needs.

AFTER rendering

We will place your logo on the finished rendering

We’ve found the most cost efficient and effective sales tool has been a simple “before” photo of the area needing enhancements, with Colorphyll providing a beautifully detailed “after" rendering to include as part of your bid proposal.  Your team then estimates the quantities and cost, and presents the proposal, along with renderings, to your client.

With a rendering, your client no longer needs to try and imagine what their landscape design will look like when it’s installed, it shows them, in full realistic photographic color, what the space can be once it's approved and planted.

TIPS FOR THE BEST RESULTS

  • Set your camera setting to at least 3 to 5 Megabytes for HD quality images (original photos)

  • Make sure your photo puts the main focus in the “middle” of the picture

  • Choose the best angle for before and after, and try to avoid too many obstacles in the way i.e., cars, shrubs, etc.

  • If there are obstacles that need to be removed for the new design, be sure to take additional photos of what’s directly behind the obstacles

  • Provide a sketch of what you’d like to see in your finished design.

  • As you can see in the slide show, great original photos, good sketches, and your direction makes for the optimal finished product. Even if you don’t know what you want, forget the sketch, and we will assist you in the design process.

Before and after shots help sell the project and assist you in building up a pipeline of enhancement sales quickly. You can keep costs down and get high impact with this product. In most cases renderings are so reasonably priced that you can offer them as a free service to your clients as part of the proposal package.

Colorphyll Designs can work with your account managers to demonstrate how best to use renderings to create sales, and give instruction via email, telephone call, web conferencing, or in an onsite workshop tailored specifically to your needs.
